Condition:This is a very nice item. There are no cracks, dents, or damage to the base, roof or body. It appears to be complete except it is missing a lamp in the base. ThisĀ #274 Harbor Junction Freight Station was made for American Flyer Trains between 1952 and 1953, making it about 70 years old. That said, I feel it is in very nice condition for it’s age. There are no cuts, banged up edges or other marks or damage. I have been told that these came with a small lamp fixture mounted just inside the large hole in the bottom and that the wiring allowed it to be pulled out in order to replace the bulb. It is an easy fix to place a light underneath. A couple of parts may be replacements, including the station name. All in all it is getting hard to find these in as good a condition.
