Overall item is in Good Condition. Includes station, control button and 8 original windows that have come loose. We lightly cleaned and tested the item. The item is in working order. Wiring is still soft, not rotted. Recently we had the pleasure of obtaining a large model train collection from a gentlemen who has collected for over 50 years. His collection was cherished and well cared for. No original box, will be packed carefully for safe shipment.
