Answers To Your Most Asked Questions
All Buy It Now and Auction Payments
– When finished shopping, please go to your checkout page and request total/invoice.  We are cheaper than Ebay. Please
ask questions before you purchase.
Auctions
– We will NEVER stop auctions.  They are always sold to the highest bidder. Though Ebay may allow you to retract your bid, we do not and you may be blocked from our website.
Business Days
– Monday through Friday. No Holidays and weekends. (Some Saturdays). We have
3 business days to ship.
Cancellation
– We do not accept cancellations on auctions or buy it now orders. Please ask your questions before purchasing and make sure you want the purchase.
Combined Shipping
– When you are finished shopping, please go into your checkout page and request total. Do not pay for the items until we send you an
“End of Auction”
invoice.  We will send a daily “End of Auction” so you can keep track of your spending.
Delays
– Holidays and other events that may come up, please expect delays. Your patience is appreciated!
Feedback
– To make sure there are no problems with your purchase, we wait 10 days or so after you receive the purchase to give you feedback. If we have not given you feedback after 10 days, kindly ask.
Foul Language
– Unacceptable behavior/talk through emails, negative comments will not be tolerated.  You will be blocked from our site immediately and reported to Ebay.
Grading
– We use TCA (Train Collectors of America) grading standards. (like new, mint, excellent condition, etc.)
Insured Boxes
– Excluding shipping on all boxes.
All first class boxes over $50
will be insured by us.
All priority boxes over $100.00
will be insured by us.
Locals
– We
do not deliver or allow you to pick-up.
We deliver through the USPS only.
OB is original box
. To some collectors, the box is important. Mint in OB, (we take 1 picture of the item w/box only) no flaws, perfect.
Payments
–
All payments must be received within 10 days of the sale date/1st invoice.  If the payment is not received, you will be turned in as a “non-paying bidder”.
After we send you a notice, please pay promptly so we do not have to turn you in and possibly block you from our site. Ebay suggests we give only 3 days to pay, but we understand sometimes you need more time and want to purchase more items to get combined shipping, which is definately a saver for you.
Post Office
– We use
USPS only
for all deliveries (first class & priority).  International Shipping – We use priority only.
Prices
– We
do not negotiate on items or shipping!
Our prices on “Buy It Now” are fair. Shipping price depends on weight and your location.
Procedure from our place of business
– We pack, label, Ebay tracks immediately, and your box is placed outside our door for the post office to pick up. Post office comes any time after 2 pm.
Replacement Parts
– We
do not replace
parts or items of any kind.
Return Shipping Refunds
– Depends on the situation who pays for return shipping.
Returns and Refunds
– If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, please go through Ebay to start the return/refund process. We do not refund until we get the item back. We do not negotiate. Also, we will not tolerate bad behavior and language.  You will be reported to Ebay and blocked from our website.
Serviced/Tested
– Everything, unless item is marked as is or otherwise mentioned in the description, has been serviced. Such as, light bulbs checked, motors serviced, e-units rebuilt, etc.
