40 Kellogg Wood Wall Telephone Hand Cranked USA 131-H Is marked on the phone “Chicago Telephone Satisy” also a “No. 195325-L”
Pre-Owned good cosmetics. Looks Really Nice.  When removing the part you speak into it appears the wiring may be bad and will need some repair. Unable to test. I know the bell DOES still ring when cranked.
